Our dear friend and colleague John Hope sadly passed away early morning on Thursday, 28th October, 2021, having contracted Covid-19. Even though he’d had both jabs and also the booster jab, John’s immune system was weak because of the form of leukemia he’d had for a number of years which meant that he just couldn’t fight the virus. According to John’s wife Betty he was very peaceful and in no pain.
He will be greatly missed by all of his friends and colleagues.
